With dual, independent licensure in mental health and substance abuse, Tiesha has honed her expertise in working with individuals facing these challenges within the justice system and child welfare.

Her strong educational foundation, including a bachelor’s (ECSU) and master’s degree (ECU) in criminal justice, has allowed her to bring a holistic approach to fostering positive change within those justice and other system involved. Her interdisciplinary background, combined with practical insights, equips her to effectively assess, treat, advocate, therapeutically intervene, and rehabilitate adults and youth.
